Influencer Piper Rockelle Claims Record-Breaking $2.9 Million Debut on OnlyFans
Influencer Piper Rockelle: In a move that has reignited debates about child stardom and the creator economy, 18-year-old internet personality Piper Rockelle has launched an OnlyFans account, reportedly earning a staggering $2.9 million within 24 hours of her debut.

The former YouTube child star, who rose to fame over a decade ago with her “Piper Squad” videos, officially opened her account on January 1, 2026. Shortly after the launch, Rockelle took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a screenshot of her dashboard, which displayed gross earnings of over $2.9 million in a single day. The breakdown included approximately $1.4 million from subscriptions and over $800,000 from direct messages.
“My first day! Forever grateful,” Rockelle captioned the post. In response to a user commenting on the sheer scale of the earnings, she added, “Never in a million years did I expect this to happen, you guys changed my life.”
A Viral Prediction and “Record-Breaking” Numbers
The launch was preceded by weeks of teasing on her social media platforms. Just days before the new year, Rockelle shared a video featuring her grandmother, who boldly predicted the teen would make “$2 million in 24 hours.”
If the figures provided by Rockelle are accurate, her debut would arguably be one of the most lucrative in the platform’s history, rivalling similar high-profile launches by celebrities like Bhad Bhabie and Bella Thorne. Rockelle herself claimed to have broken a record by earning $1 million in less than an hour, writing, “We broke the record!!!… Thank you for changing my life.”
However, the internet has reacted with a mix of awe and scepticism. While fans celebrated her financial milestone, some eagle-eyed critics accused the influencer of altering her earnings screenshots, pointing out alleged formatting inconsistencies such as missing dollar signs in specific fields.
From Child Star to Adult Creator
Rockelle’s pivot to adult content has sparked significant controversy, given her history as a child entertainer. Her career began at the age of eight, managed heavily by her mother, Tiffany Smith. By her early teens, she was the face of the “Piper Squad,” a collective of young influencers that garnered millions of views on YouTube.
The transition has drawn criticism from those who find the immediate shift from child-focused content to adult subscriptions unsettling. Social media commentary has included concern over the “countdown” culture, where audiences wait for child stars to turn 18.
Addressing the backlash, Rockelle released a statement emphasising her autonomy. “I waited until I was legal, and I made that decision for myself,” she told The Tab. “This wasn’t something I was pressured into. It was about taking control of my own content, my own body, and my own income… I’m asking for people to respect that I’m not 13 anymore.”
A History of Controversy
This is not the first time Rockelle’s career has been mired in controversy. In 2022, 11 former members of the “Piper Squad” filed a lawsuit against her mother, alleging financial exploitation and a toxic work environment that included verbal abuse. The lawsuit was the subject of the 2025 Netflix docuseries Bad Influence: The Dark Side of Kidfluencing. The legal battle was settled in October 2024 for nearly $2 million, with no admission of liability from Rockelle or her mother.
More recently, Rockelle faced criticism in early 2025, while still a minor, for collaborating with “The Bop House,” a content collective known for its OnlyFans creators. At the time, she defended the collaboration as a fun opportunity, foreshadowing her eventual entry into the industry.
As Rockelle embarks on this new chapter, her massive earnings serve as a testament to the lucrative, albeit polarised, nature of the creator economy. Whether viewed as a story of empowerment or a cautionary tale of the child-star-to-influencer pipeline, Piper Rockelle has undeniably commanded the internet’s attention once again.
